WHEN TO SEEK HELP
Mental health is for everyone you don't have to be "mad" or "crazy" or "mental" to seek help. If you feel like you haven't been yourself in some time or you have been worrying more than usual or having difficulty with your thoughts or you've been losing sleep or had changes in your diet or you have had a trauma or lost something important it may be time to seek help.

SERVICES I OFFER
Individual therapy is one-on-one counselling which provides a safe and judgement free environment to work through the problems presented. The therapist and client share a professional relationship of trust and this is upheld with a confidentiality agreement which ensures that the information shared with the therapist will be kept confidential. The goals for the therapy are set by the client and the therapist and each session is designed to tackle the problem and move towards achieving the goal. On an average three to eight sessions are required to achieve the therapy goals although this may vary.
I took a couple of sessions with Somya and it was the best. She not only listens to the issues on a personal level but also keeps up the professional consulting intact. She gave me a lot of self evaluating exercises, reviewed them and guided me on what are the actions to take up to come out of the current issues. A go to psychologist for all the mental issues.
